Lu Jong Tibetan Yoga

Lu Jong Tibetan Yoga comes from the Buddhist Tantrayana tradition. Rooted in principles of Tibetan Medicine, it is a series of exercises developed for self-healing and relaxation.

Combining gentle movement, mindfulness and rhythmic breathing, Lu Jong systematically releases blockages on the physical, energetic, and mental levels. It nurtures the spine and joints, balances the body systems and cultivates a calm, clear mind.

Lu Jong is accessible to people of all ages, abilities and beliefs.

This event can be attended as a retreat for self-practice, or can be applied to the Lu Jong Teacher Training for those that would like to teach. For details, visit one of the links below.
